UPDATE

Hello everyone,

As some would know, my laptop failed to boot just after exams ended in Milan, the day after my last exam there. As you may understand, this means that I lost all the data of my personal projects, university work, and general files.

This was a huge blow to my professional work, and I have been trying – while doing the second semester back home – to piece it all together and try to get my motivation back up.

I am also here to announce a new, professional portfolio site will be released shortly, and I am really pleased to welcome this as a designer. I have decided that I wish to major in my long held passion – textile – and furthermore, take textile design into new and exciting applications of products.

Thank you for your support, feel free to look me up on LinkedIn.
Thanks again.

I’m 20 later this year, and I feel like I’m yet to pass through a certain rite of passage.
I have been told I haven’t earnt my place in adulthood because I haven’t been drunk in public. I haven’t been clubbing. Not once – not even just to see ‘what it’s like’. I haven’t pursued the ‘no strings attached hook up’ either, so I haven’t expressed my liberation as an adult, right? That is how it feels. That is what people tell me.

It’s crazy because I never would have considered Jews as a large community in Australia and I was amazed by how large the campus was. I guess  they just don’t hang around my side of town.

Anyway, I digress. Participants were given four topics to choose from, I can’t recall many of the ones I didn’t do, so whatever. I chose “Secure the Future”, and as I was and still am on my crusade to reshape the education system, it was mainly about that. Some of the content was recycled from the Year 12 English oral I did, because it was to a different audience. I don’t usually recycle material. Read more

Studio Folio Proposal – Year 12, 2011

The VCE system: I’ve outlined its flaws. I’ve complained. I’ve mentioned my subjects.
One of the subjects I am most passionate about is Studio Arts. For the practical work folio, we have to choose a theme, and work with it through the first semester, develop concepts for final pieces, and then construct those final pieces. A course requirement is the proposal, which is outlined below. Insight and criticism appreciated. Examples to follow soon. Read more
